Appointments

Appointments are required to secure services at 410 Salon and Skin Care, but making them is easy! You may request a service and time slot by calling (607)275-3778 or emailing me at 410salon@lightlink.com. Of course, the best way to guarantee your preferred time is to book it before you leave after your most recent visit. If you provide me with a 24-hour notice of cancellation/change, you will never be charged a fee for missed appointments.

Please be aware that my salon is a "one-woman show" and that I do not employ a receptionist or support staff. Since my hands are almost always busy performing hair or skin care services, I may not be able to take your call immediately. I value each and every client and promise to respond as quickly as possible to emails and voice messages left on the business answering machine. In additon, I am available 15 minutes prior to opening and 15 mintues post-closing each day to speak with clients directly.

Cancellation Policy

Services valued at $100 or more must be secured by a credit card. In the event you need to cancel, I ask that you provide me with notice of such at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled visit. Clients who do not appear at their scheduled time or call less than 24 hours in advance will be charged a 50% fee to the credit card securing the appointment.
